How to best organize subs in one-clicks?

I have downloaded several set of one-clicks M16 HSO for the tutoral processing masterclass of M16. What is the best way to organize one-clicks in folders? One-cliks as they are with mixed subs, or year-month-day, or a folder for each filter, Ha, OIII and SII? And with stack in Astro Pixel Processor stack inn different sessions perhaps? Or all-in-one anyway? Or- doesn't matter? Thanks!

I do them as all in one set without regards to sessions, though if I am manually calibrating them I will separate them into folders per channel as a subfolder of the main one for the object. Use LNC 2nd degree and 3 iterations in APP and set your MBB to 15%, and set normilization to advanced and you should never have a problem.
