Jorge E Fierro
I'm loving this concept of playing with big boys toys, I'm a long time astrophotography enthusiast, but not much of a gathering nice data buff, I was blinking some luminances raws from the helix nebula and I seem to find a semi stationary satellite, debris, asteroid with ears, kinda object, funny thing it seems its tumbling, Do anybody knows any way I can search the web to identify the object? ERNESTO GUIDO
Hi Jorge, There are many asteroids moving in this HELIX field. Around the position you highlighted, in the LUM frames dated July 25, 2023 from 7:19 to 09:04UTC, there is the numbered asteroid 73990.
