Mark Mayer
A simple question, but might require a complex answer due to the different focal lengths of the TL systems. When TL live acquires images over a single session are the images dithered, and if so by how many pixels? I ask because this impacts processing in PixInsight. For sessions acquired over multiple nights, the groups of images are inevitably 'dithered', because its nearly impossible to achieve the same alignment, so here dithering in PI is safer choice. ERNESTO GUIDO
Hi Mark, Yes, all one clicks are done with dithering ON. The image dithering distance is set to 4 pixels. Clear Skies, Ernesto
Jeff Horn
Just as a follow up to this, I had a data set recently that was very undersampled and I successfully ran all the files through WBPP with a 3x drizzle with no issues.
