M20 TRIFID NEBULA by Phil Misiowiec
Prize: 25 credits

Comment from the judges: Phil Misiowiec has created a great, understated image of M20 with some excellent attention to the finer details within the nebula. The data has not been "overcooked" and overall has been well processed.

Expert Tier

M20 by Eduardo Barbosa
Prize: 50 credits

Comment from the judges: While there were a lot of great entries for the One-Click Expert contest, Eduardo Barbosa created our winning image with a great selection of colour and level of sharpening to the inner details of the nebula.

🏆 Observation Bundle Contest Winners 🏆

The Observation Bundle for July 2023 Contest is the ABELL 85 - SN REMNANT obtained with SPA-3-CCD in the HSO filter set. It contains 17 One-Click Observations corresponding to 17 hours of total exposure time.

Comment from the judges: With a different rendition to the usual SHO palette used for this target, Judith Prana has created an interesting and captivating colour palette using HOO; enhancing both the feint and prominent nebulosity within Abell 85.

Expert Tier

ABELL 85 by ANNE-MAREE MCCOMB
Prize: 100 credits

Comment from the judges: There were a lot of entried to the expert bundle processing contest, and winning by just a fraction, Anne-Maree McComb created a beautiful image of Abell 85. The feint nebulosity has been brough out very well and a good choice of colour palette.
