ERNESTO GUIDO Posted December 13, 2023 Share Posted December 13, 2023 Hi everyone I am happy to report here about a new mosaic: NGC 1763 (5 panels; 14 datasets in total, available now in our archive) made with the CHI1-CMOS telescope in Chile! I am sure that our users will be eager to try their hand at processing this beautiful data: https://app.telescope.live/click-grab/all?telescope=59&target=1763 Below an image showing the position of each numbered panel in the mosaic. This will make it much easier for users to get started. Originally the mosaic was conceived with a total of 4 panels, an extra panel (panel number 5) has been added later to provide a better overlap of the panels. Below the amazing final image obtained by our tutor @Scotty Bishop using these new datasets. This will give a good idea of what is possible to obtain.
